Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions by our customer.  Hopefully this will help you as you look for your next timepiece.  If you have any addtional questions, waste no time and CONTACT US now.

How do I know the watches you sell are authentic?

At the Luxury Watch Den, there is nothing more important than our customers and our reputation.  You can be assured that every watch we post and every watch we sell has been thouroughly examined by our expert authenticators and is 100% genuine and authentic.  Most of the watches we sell come with papers from the manufacturer veriftying its authenticity.  In addtion, we guarantee that every part on the watch is an OEM part from the manufacturer.  There may be instances where cosmetic parts (ex. watch bands) from other manufacturers have been added to the watch, but that will be clearly stated in the description.  

Rest assured, if you purchase a watch from the Luxury Watch Den, you are purchasing a 100% authentic watch!

How do I purchase one of your watches?

If you find a watch you are interested in, click the ASK ABOUT WATCH button and send us a message.  We will walk you through the purchasing process.  Here is the general process:

  1. INITIAL CONTACT:  Once you contact us through our messaging system we will reach out by email or phone (which ever you prefer).  
  2. REVIEW WATCH FEATURES: We will discuss the watch to make sure you will be getting exactly what you are expecting.  We never want you to be surprised or disappointed with your purchase.  We can do this over email, phone, text or Facetime. 
  3. MAKE PAYMENT: After that, payment will be required.  Most of our client pay via bank wire transfer.  This is the safest and most secure payment method.  If this is not possible, we can discuss other alternatives. 
  4. SHIPPING: Once payment has been made, we will ship your watch to you via Fedex Overnight Shipping.  The shipment will be fully insured for the value of the the watch. 
  5. FOLLOW-UP: After you receive your watch, we will follow-up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  We want completely satisfied customers and strive for this with every transaction. 

What kind of payment do you accept?

Almost all of our clients pay using the following:

  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Zelle
  • Cash
  • Now accepting Crypto payments (Bitcoin, Etherium, etc) for luxury watches!

Other arrangement can be made, but it may require you to purchase through eBay, Chrono24 or someother platform.  The fees associated with that will be higher.  

Do you charge sales tax?

We are a registered vendor in NYS and as a result we do collect sales tax in NYS.  If we are shipping your watch to another state, we do not charge sales tax. 

How do you ship the watch?  How long does it take?

Almost all our watches will be shipped by either Fedex Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air.  Other arrangments can be discussed based on your needs.  

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we so ship outside the USA to many countries.  As long as we can fully insure the shipment via FedEx, we will ship it to your country.  However, we have no way of determining any applicable VAT/Import taxes that will be due and buyer will be fully responsbile for them. 

Can I trade in my watch towards the purchase of another watch you are selling?

Yes, we do accept trade-ins on most luxury watch brands.  The trade-in value will depend on the brand, model, condition, age and also demand for this style of watch.  This can be discussed with us when contact is made.
